  • Both 14K and 18K gold are excellent choices for fine jewelry. Fourteen karat gold contains 58.5% pure gold, making it exceptionally durable and well suited for everyday wear. Eighteen karat gold contains 75% pure gold, offering a richer color and a more luxurious appearance. The right choice depends on your personal style and lifestyle.

  • Yes. Maison Huit accepts a limited number of bespoke commissions throughout the year, including engagement rings and meaningful custom pieces. Each project begins with a private consultation to create jewelry that reflects your vision while honoring the Maison Huit aesthetic.

Orders

  • Delivery times vary depending on the piece you select. In stock jewelry is typically processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Made to order and custom pieces require additional time to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipment. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and in your order confirmation.

  • If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact Maison Huit as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been prepared for shipment, we may be unable to accommodate modifications or cancellations. We will always do our best to assist you whenever possible.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment until it arrives. If you have any questions about your order, our team is always happy to assist.

  • Yes. Every Maison Huit order is fully insured while in transit to help protect your purchase. We partner with trusted shipping carriers and carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely. For added security, certain shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally occur. If your package appears to be delayed or cannot be located, please contact Maison Huit as soon as possible. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and keep you informed throughout the process. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

  • Maison Huit currently ships to select destinations. Available shipping locations and delivery options are displayed during checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country. If your country is not currently available, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

  • We want you to feel confident in your Maison Huit purchase. Eligible items may be returned within our designated return window, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation.
