  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders for added security. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

  • Maison Huit is not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  • International shipping is not currently available, but may be offered in the future.

  • Yes. We offer a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal wear. Our warranty covers issues such as faulty clasps, structural defects, and manufacturing-related stone issues.

  • Maison Huit pieces are crafted from fine materials intended for everyday wear. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals to preserve longevity and finish. To maintain your jewelry’s beauty, avoid harsh chemicals, apply lotions and perfumes before wearing, and store pieces in a dry, soft-lined space when not in use.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

At Maison Huit, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Maison Huit reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Custom or personalized pieces.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or promotional items.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Maison Huit is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A few strategic notes for you:

  • A 14-day return window is pretty reasonable for an early luxury jewelry brand.

  • Don’t do “free returns” immediately unless your margins can handle it.

  • Excluding earrings is standard and protects you.

  • Keeping sale items final sale helps protect cash flow while you’re growing.

Also, if you’re doing curated or limited pieces like you mentioned before, a slightly stricter return structure actually supports exclusivity and protects inventory.
